Pricing questions
What happens when I cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then it does not renew. Credits already on your balance remain usable.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans are billed once per year at a 20% discount over monthly pricing (shown as the equivalent monthly rate with "Billed annually"). The same credits are added to your balance every month. You can cancel anytime and your plan stays active until the end of the year you paid for.
Do unused credits expire?
Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle, so unused subscription credits do not carry over. Purchased credits and your free sign-up allowance stay on your balance for as long as your account exists. Credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Can I get a refund?
Credits spent on generations are not refundable. If a generation fails due to a confirmed provider-side failure, the credits are automatically refunded. See our Terms of Service.
